OneWorld started in London in the 1980s with a small range of candles from Africa, but soon grew to supplying stores like Harrods and Selfridges with high end collections curated from around the world. We founded OneWorld Australia in 2003 as a wholesaler, supplying large retail groups, hundreds of homeware stores and various hotel chains, quickly expanding our operation into New Zealand. In 2009, one of our biggest retail customers in Australia, based in Noosa, decided to sell the business. We quickly snapped it up as our first retail store and have been trading in Noosa ever since. in 2017, we expanded into the USA with a smaller, curated range, based out of a warehouse in Chicago.We have since added showrooms in Sydney, Brisbane, the Central Coast and Adelaide, and are now servicing all of Australia via our online store.
